1. Agreement Structure
By signing up for Nextiva’s services, you agree to a binding contract that includes:

This agreement overrides any prior discussions, emails, or documents regarding the same services.

2. Definitions
Device: Any hardware provided by Nextiva, such as phones, routers, or adapters

Documentation: Manuals and instructions associated with the services

Customer Account: The account through which you access and use the services

3. Revisions to Terms and Pricing
Nextiva may change the terms and pricing at any time. Changes become effective once posted on their website. Continuing to use the services after such changes means you accept the updated terms.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Provide accurate, complete registration information

Keep account details up to date

Use the services legally and responsibly

Maintain secure passwords and access credentials

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Service Limitations
Nextiva’s services may not support:

Operator-assisted calls or collect calls

Some international destinations or premium-rate numbers

Customers should always maintain alternative communication methods for emergencies.

6. Termination
You may cancel services with written notice. Depending on the terms of your service plan, early termination fees may apply. Nextiva may also terminate your account for cause, such as a breach of the agreement or illegal use of services.

7. Limitation of Liability
Nextiva’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the three months before the issue occurred. They are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits or data loss.

8. Indemnification
You agree to protect and compensate Nextiva against legal claims or damages that result from:

Your misuse of services

Violating the agreement

Infringing on intellectual property or rights of others
